We know planning a wedding or event can be stressful, so we strive to make renting as simple as possible. Just place your order and we'll handle the rest!
How to Rent
1. Choose your arrangements and date and send us an email at hello@modernpetals.com or call/text us at 801-860-2122.

Please include your:
-name
-event date
-which arrangements you're interested in renting
2. We'll send you an invoice for the desired items (& any additional fees for customization, fresh flowers, multiple locations, delivery, or late night pick-ups).

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email requesting additional information on the event timing and confirming set-up details.

3. On the day of, we will drop off, set up, and pick up all arrangements!

Important things to note before renting:

Please be sure to check with your venue to confirm our rentals will fit in the desired space.

All orders over $450 include free delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 50 miles of our Salt Lake City warehouse. Pickups past 9pm, deliveries outside the 50 mile radius, and orders under $450 will incur separate delivery fees which can be found on our FAQ page. ​​​

Price is for 1 setup/location only. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. Arrangements are large and delicate, and insurance requires that only members of our own team move them. This requires our movers and/or florist to stay onsite through the ceremony to move and set them up again. Fee will depend on locations and products.
